Summer has flown by and we are gearing up to welcoming our scholars back to school.  We are excited about a new year, new things to learn, new families to meet, new challenges to conquer!  With such a strong, active community, we can challenge and overcome anything that comes our way.  Please help us get the year of to a great start by checking book bags regularly for communication.  We are going to do our best to send as much electronically, so make sure you have registered for e-alerts through PGCPS at http://www1.pgcps.org/schools/school_details.aspx?id=159768&Submit=GO.

This year we are relaunching our Positive Behavior Support and Intervention initiative so that we have clear expectations and procedures in all that we are doing with our students.  Please read the PBIS matrix and read and re-read it with your child(ren) during the first few months of school.  It is our goal to make sure all our students know and respect our P.A.R.D.O.N tenets, and help us create a caring and compassionate learning community.
