All recommendations presented by the Superintendent will, when feasible, include cost estimates, which will identify source of funding, start-up costs, continuing costs, and the budgetary impact. The Superintendent will provide cost estimates for resolutions introduced by Board members prior to the second reading of the resolutions concerned.
