Board Policy 3260 - Sales and Disposal of Books, Equipment and Supplies

Purpose

All books, equipment, supplies, furniture or other tangible units procured by, or donated to, the Public School System from any source shall become the property of the Board of Education of Prince George’s County and shall not be altered, defaced, sold or disposed of except as provided for by the Superintendent.
