The Superintendent and the Board Chair are to include in the Board package copies of all correspondence between them and the County Executive or members of the County Council, if such correspondence relates to either budgetary or policy making areas.
The Superintendent and the Board Chair shall make as part of their report at the next succeeding Board meeting, disclosure to the Board of any conferences held with County officials relating to budgetary or policy areas of concern.
