Board Bylaw 9330 - Adoption and Amendments of Administrative Regulations

Purpose

The Board shall not adopt administrative regulations unless specifically required to do so by law, or unless requested to do so by the Superintendent, or as required by negotiated agreements with employee organizations, in which case, any such regulation shall become a part of any agreement and shall be subject to amendment as provided in any such agreement. Adoption and amendments of such Board adopted regulation shall be by the same procedure as that specified for policies in Bylaw No. 9310.

Nothing herein abridges the Board's right to review administrative regulations and to direct the Superintendent to revise them should they, in the Board's judgement, be inconsistent with the policies adopted by the Board.
