Description:
This course explores the dynamics of Human Factors in various aspects of Aviation Maintenance, Maintenance Workplaces, and Maintenance Resource Management. Students will read, discuss, and complete classroom exercises to investigate, evaluate, and demonstrate their knowledge on reducing human errors which will result in a safer and more efficient operation. Students will develop and evaluate a class designed human factors program based on a series of case studies of an actual accidents caused by human error.
