Students Earn National Amazon Scholarships

Seven seniors representing five high schools are embarking on careers in STEM with the help of $40,0000 Amazon Future Engineer college scholarships and paid internships! The students, who will pursue careers in computer science and engineering, include:Michael Kalkidan, Academy of Health Sciences; Oluwademilade Toluwani, Charles H. Flowers High School; Jayson Kiggundu and Mouhamadou Dieng, DuVal High School; Yeabkal Abeje and Gabrielle Stewart, Eleanor Roosevelt High School; and Nhandi Nyawela, CMIT South.
