UPPER MARLBORO, MD – “MVP Mom” Wanda Durant, a passionate supporter of underserved children, single mothers and communities, will keynote the Passport to Success Expo, a free event that combines the annual Family Institute Conference and College and Career Readiness Summit, hosted by Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS).
She is mother of NBA champion Kevin Durant, whose $10 million Durant Center will open this fall in Seat Pleasant and house the College Track program.
Participants can choose from more than 25 workshops and visit more than 35 exhibitors representing colleges, universities, and community programs. Details are available at www.pgcps.org/passport-to-success.
