- Works closely with the Director on all components specific to full implementation of the employee and evaluation program
- Assists with program development and implementation
- Works directly with executive personnel, central office, school-based staff, and various internal and external offices to facilitate a streamlined implementation and design of evaluation processes and programs
- Conduit to all PGCPS as it relates to leadership development, professional learning, and evaluation support for all employees
