No contract or commitment shall be entered into on behalf of any Prince George’s County Public School for any activity in the nature of a dance, prom, or other social event to be held in any jurisdiction wherein the legal age for obtaining any alcoholic beverage is less than that for obtaining a similar alcoholic beverage within the State of Maryland.
Proms will not be restricted to Prince George’s County, Maryland.
