The Board of Education opposes all industrial and commercial development adjacent to, or immediately across the street from, schools or planned schools.
Exceptions to this position may be taken by a majority vote of the Board of Education at any regularly scheduled Board of Education meeting, when such resolution is introduced by a member of the Board of Education.
