In an effort to provide a standardized Absence Reason Notification for all PGCPS schools, and to make submission and collection of documentation for student absences easier, a template has been created for all schools to use.
This template will serve as the official means of parent/guardian notifications for student absences. Parents may also dojo the teacher or send a handwritten and/or doctor’s notes as well.
