Welcome to the school year! We are excited to have you and your child as a part of the Chapel Forge Early Childhood Family. We look forward to working with you and your child to make this foundational year fantastic for your family.
Chapel Forge ECC staff and administration team are ready and prepared to teach, encourage, and love every student that comes through our school doors each and every day. . We will be reviewing PGCPS guidelines and protocols during our in-person orientation for all Chapel Forge ECC students and families.
This school year your student will develop and grow in all areas of development, which will require ongoing communication and parent participation throughout the school year. We have many important dates for families to be aware of and attend. Please review the dates below for our three and four year old special education students.
Friday, August 23, 2024 will be In-Person Pre K Orientation. The Pre K Orientation is from 10:30am-11:30am. This will be a time to see what your students' classroom will look like and meet the classroom teachers and paraprofessionals. Information regarding your students transportation and medical needs can also be discussed at our New Student Orientation. Please review other important dates below for the start of the 2024-2025 school year.
Friday, August 30, 2024 will be In-Person Orientation for Special Education 3 and 4 year old students and 3 year old Preschool Opportunity Students. The orientation will be from 10:30-11:30am. This will be a time to see your students' classroom, acquire bus route information, and meet the classroom teachers.
