Greetings! I am Dr. Charnita Whitmyer and it is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I write this letter to introduce myself as the new principal of Ernest Everett Just Middle School. I am thrilled to have this opportunity to lead such an esteemed and well-respected school community.
I have been an educator for more than 23 years, and I bring a wealth of experience to this role. Throughout my career, I have been committed to providing a positive and supportive environment that empowers students to achieve academic success and develop personal responsibility.
As the new principal, my top priority is to create a school culture that prioritizes the well-being,safety, and success of all children. I believe that every student has unique talents and strengths, and my goal is to create a learning environment that encourages students to build upon their existing skills and knowledge while providing new opportunities to learn and grow. I also believe that communication and collaboration are key components in forming strong partnerships between the school and our community.In the coming weeks, I look forward to meeting students, staff, and parents and learning more about your experiences, aspirations, and ideas for our school.
