School Supplies List

All items should be labeled with your child's name on them. Each scholar will use their own supplies daily.

Primary

• 1 pencil box
• 1 primary writing journal
• 1 backpack (large enough to hold a 9x12 folder)
• 1 smock or oversized t-shirt
• 1 yoga mat 
• 1 change of clothes (labeled with your child's name on each item in a Ziploc bag)
• $5.00 (JPHM school-to-home folder)

 Lower Elementary

• 1 plastic school box 
• 1 pack pencils 
• 5 composition books (3 for class / 2 for Spanish)
• 1 scissors 
• 1 pack crayons or water based markers

Upper Elementary (4th, 5th)

• 2-inch, 3-ring binder (to keep at school)
• 6 dividers for core subjects: Math, Science, RELA, Social Studies, Health, Spanish
• 2 packs of lined notebook paper
• 1 ruled composition notebook
• 2 graph composition notebooks
• 4 squares of Post-It notes
• 4 pink erasers
• 1 hand held sharpener
• 1 protractor
