Current and prospective employees can use the pay scale tables below to review salaries for the fiscal school year. Salaries are adjusted on July 1 based on the negotiated agreement for each union.
PGCPS employees can determine their current step and salary by using the Oracle Employee Self-Service portal. Once you are signed into the portal you would click Employee Self-Service on the left to expand the section. Then select Annual Salary to see your employee union, grade, step, appropriate pay table and current salary.
Current and prospective employees can search the Position Description Directory to identify the union classification and grade for all positions. An employee's step level is assigned at the time of hiring based on years of experience, advanced degrees and continuing education credits.
