PARENTS OF CURRENT 6th GRADE STUDENTS

Mandatory Immunizations For 2025-2026 School Year

Students entering 7th grade are required by state law to have the following vaccinations:

• Meningococcal (MCV4)
• Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis)

Please contact your child’s doctor to ensure they receive these required immunizations. Students without proof of vaccination will not be allowed to start school.
