Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year at Dwight D. Eisenhower Middle School (DDEMS), an IB World School. “Where eagles are soaring to new heights!” I am excited to welcome back many of you and to welcome others to our school community for the first time. Our mission at DDEMS is to develop and empower lifelong learners who will become global citizens within thriving and caring communities, where we are engaged in greatness together.

Friday, August 23rd we will be hosting student orientation for new students to DDEMS. The first day of school for all students will be Monday, August 26th.
All students are required to be in uniform on the first day of school.
To ensure a successful and safe school year for all students at DDEMS, we are implementing NO CELL PHONES during the instructional day. Your student will be REQUIRED to put their cell phone in their assigned locker each day. If your student is observed with a cell phone. The Administrator will collect it and call you to pick it up. If you need to contact your student for an emergency. You may call the school, and we will ensure that you speak to your student.
Tuesday, September 10th at 6:00 pm, we will host our Back To School Night. This is an important night where you can meet your child’s teachers and learn about your child’s school environment. At DDEMS, we welcome your active participation in your child’s education, please sign up for Synergy, and ensure we have a working email address and phone number.
