Additional Updates:

All athletic games and facility use are canceled.
Extracurricular activities and practices are allowed until 6 p.m.; however, no bus transportation will be provided.
Due to low temperatures, all school activities will take place indoors.
There will be no work-study transportation. (Those students should not report to school.)
There will be no half-day Early Childhood Center (ECC), half-day Special Education Programs, or half-day PreK.
Vendor Managed Child Care Programs (VMCCP) will open 2 hours late.
Any other school program requiring transportation prior to 12 noon will NOT have transportation, including Howard B. Owens Science Center,JA Finance Park, and William S. Schmidt Center (Camp Schmidt)
All field trips will be cancelled.
Food Services will offer breakfast.

Langley Park-McCormick ES is participating in a voluntary accreditation process with the Maryland State Department of Education. The purpose is to improve the quality of instruction in our Early Childhood/Pre-Kindergarten classroom.
