In alignment with Administrative Procedure 4113, parents who serve on the panel must be members of the school's PTSA. A lottery process will be used to select up to 2 PTA Members, 2 Students, 2 Community Partners to serve on the panel. Deadline to complete the form is Tuesday, June 13 at 12pm.
