Dear Parents and Guardians,

Greetings from Robert Frost Elementary School!

As the principal, it is with great excitement and optimism that I welcome you all to the 2023-2024 academic year. Whether you are new to our Frost family or returning, we hope you had a restful summer and are looking forward to the opportunities and experiences this new school year will bring.

Our commitment to fostering an environment where students are engaged, inspired, and challenged remains unwavering. The dedication and passion of our staff, combined with the support and collaboration of our parent community, has always been the hallmark of our success.

What’s New?

  • Curriculum Enhancements: We have integrated new elements into our curriculum to ensure our students are prepared for the changing world, focusing on creativity, critical thinking, and global awareness.
  • Wellness Initiatives: We've introduced a series of wellness programs to recognize the importance of mental and physical well-being. Look for workshops, activities, and resources on mindfulness, resilience, and health.

Important Dates & Upcoming Events:

  • August 28: School Begins! Ensure your child has all their school supplies ready.
  • September 5: Labor Day – Schools and Offices Closed
  • September 7: Back-to-School Night – This is an opportunity to meet your child’s teachers, familiarize yourself with the classroom, and ask any questions you might have.

  • October 9: Indigenous Peoples’ Day & Parent-Teacher Conferences – (Schools Closed for Students)

Stay Connected:

We urge you to check our school website, DoJo App regularly, attend parent meetings, read the newsletters we’ll send home, and listen to the messages we send through robo calls. These platforms will be our primary modes of communication about events, announcements, and updates.

A Note of Gratitude:

Lastly, thank you for your continued support and trust in us. It takes a village to raise a child, and together as educators and parents, we make a formidable team. Our doors are always open for any questions, suggestions, or concerns.

Let's make this year memorable, filled with growth, achievements, and joy. We can't wait to see our hallways bustling with the energy of our students!

 Warm regards,

 Principal
