Important message below from the PGCPS Division of Financial Services:

The Payroll Services Team would like to share an important update that may impact payroll direct deposits for today, January 17.

Capital One and certain banks associated with Capital One are experiencing communication system issues affecting deposits, payments, and transfers. As a result, employees may notice delays or the non-receipt of funds scheduled for today’s pay date.

At this time, Capital One has not provided an estimated resolution time.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and encourage employees to continue to work directly with their banking institution to resolve this matter. The Payroll Office is unable to make alternate payment arrangements at this time.
