Let’s come together as a community to make a lasting impact on our students and families. The Excellence in Education Foundation for PGCPS, Inc. (EEF) has launched the “Love for Our Future” giving campaign — an opportunity for our dedicated staff to contribute just $1 to $5 per pay period to support students in need.

Your generous donations will directly help:

• Pay off student lunch debt so no child goes hungry.
• Support our unhoused students with essential resources.
• Provide scholarships to help graduating seniors attend college or vocational school.

Why Your Support Matters

With threats to federal education funding, including Pell Grant cuts, we must rally together to ensure our students' dreams remain within reach.

A small contribution each pay period can make a big difference:

$1 = Helps provide a meal for a student in need.
$3 = Supports students experiencing homelessness.
$5 = Funds scholarships for graduating seniors.

Form W-2 Available

ACTIVE EMPLOYEES

W-2 forms are available for immediate download by active employees through Oracle Employee Self-Service. To access your W-2 form online, sign in to Oracle Employee Self-Service from a PGCPS building or parking lot, or use VPN access. Once logged in, select "Employee W-2".  Please note, W-2 forms cannot be accessed through Oracle Employee Self-Service Limited.

INACTIVE & FORMER EMPLOYEES

Inactive employees on Leave with Pay or Leave Without Pay, as well as former employees, can request a reprint of their W-2.  Submit the W-2 Reprint Request Form (Electronic Form) or complete the W-2 Reprint Request Form (PDF) and email it to payroll.taxesw2s@pgcps.org.  Requests will be processed in the order it was received.  Thank you for your patience during this busy tax season.
