Health Education
The Health Education program at Jaguar Nation provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to become physically literate individuals by providing the with the awareness and appreciation for sustaining a healthy lifestyle through effective and relevant pedagogy.

Through engaging, age-appropriate lessons, students explore key topics such as personal wellness, mental and emotional health, substance abuse prevention, human development, and building healthy relationships. Our curriculum emphasizes critical thinking, goal setting, and responsible decision-making, fostering lifelong habits for a healthy, balanced life.

Physical Education
Our Physical Education program encourages students to develop physical fitness, teamwork, and a positive attitude toward an active lifestyle. Students participate in a variety of sports, fitness challenges, and cooperative games that build strength, coordination, and endurance. With a focus on health-related fitness and skill development, the program promotes sportsmanship, leadership, and the importance of regular physical activity for overall well-being.
